I've been seeing a few personifications of the North Wind. Most are female, some male, some animal, so I decided I'd try my hand at it.

Kind of went for an anthropomorphic-spirit kind of feel. I was thinking Sandy, but less human looking. Since the gender the wind is represented in changes depending on cultural references, I opted for making it genderless. It kind of looks like a girl, but also like a guy? (bfznes-I don't know.)
